Ordering
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every piece is crafted specifically for you.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Select pieces may return; others remain limited.
Shipping
How long does processing take?
2–3 business days before shipment. Actual times may vary.
How long is delivery?
3–7 business days once shipped (US only). Actual times may vary.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping may be offered to GTG Insiders at select times for select pieces on U.S. orders. Signup to receive exclusive offers and notifications.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I update my shipping address?
No. Details cannot be changed after checkout.
Delivery Issues
My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier.
What if my package is returned to sender?
Because each item is made to order, returned packages are not refundable.
Reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days at customercare@getthisgospel.com with photos and other order details.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final.
Can I exchange for a different size?
One size exchange per eligible apparel item may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn (except for a reasonable fit check), unwashed, unaltered, and in original, resaleable condition with all applicable tags intact. Exchanges require prior approval, are subject to size availability, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges for defective items?
Yes. Approved only for defective or damaged products.
